We went to Blu Kozina to try out Greek cuisine on our date night. I called ahead to make a reservation the week before since this place is usually packed on weekends.

We got a table at the first floor near the kitchen. Blu Kozina has 3 floors of restaurant space as well as an outdoors tent/section which is at the front of the shop. I was glad we got an indoor table because when it rained, the waiters quickly curtained off the outdoor tent with plastic sheets. I can just imagine how stuffy it is in there.

We ordered the Grilled Feta for our appetizer and as expected feta is always delicious. The oregano gave the cheese an extra punch of flavor.

For our main course, we got the Souvlaki me Pita which is beef kalamaki wrapped in pita bread served with chips

and Paidakia Stinsxara which is grilled lamb chops served with vegetables of the day.

Paidakia Stinsxara
Both main courses were delicious and cooked right. The beef and pita dish was well balanced and it had this creamy sauce which complemented it well. The fries were crispy and well salted. The lamb chops were tender and the vegetables of the day was this baked potato dish and this pureed vegetable.
For dessert, we had Baklava with honey which was a perfect dish to end the meal.

Overall, I would go back to this place for special occasions. The food is good, the staff are attentive and the place is charmingly decorated.
