Payment Mode:

DBS Bank Transfer:
- Provide the bank reference number in the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" during Checkout under "Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information".


Shipping:
- Worldwide via Singapore Post or Fedex.
- All items are shippined via Singapore Post Office Registered Mail unless special arrangements have been made to ship items via another preferred courier.
- Shipping is FOB.
- Shipping via Fedex is available.


Returns on Customized Products:
- All customized products are nonrefundable.
- Please understand that all custom products are labor intensive however due to our commitment to our customers we may provide 20%-50% return or store credit subject on a case to case basis.

Returns on Retail Products:
- We will provide refunds for defective products reported within 3 days from the receipt of the product. Shipping charges back to the store shall be shouldered by the customer.
- Returns due to change of mind will be subject to approval on a case to case basis and only store credit will be issued. All shipping fees will be handled by the customer.


Privacy:
- We do not sell or share customer information with any third party partners.

Members Discount:
- Mailing list members will receive free shipping vouchers, discounts and free items during promotions.

Wholesale or Bulk Purchase:
- We provide attractive pricing for bulk purchases. Please email us to get special pricing.
